国民健康保険税の納付について（英語・タガログ語・ポルトガル語・中国語・韓国語）

日本では、必ず公的な医療保険に加入するため、病院にかかっていなくても、この納付書により保険税を支払う義務があります。保険税は、病気をしたときの医療費に充てられ、医療費の一部を支払うだけで保険診療を受診することができます。もし、滞納されますと、未納期間に応じて督促や医療費の10割負担となる特別療養費の適用となるほか、給付の差し止めなどの措置がとられます。
納期限は6月から翌年3月までの毎月末で、10回払いです。納期限までに金融機関・コンビニエンスストア・市役所収税課でこの納付書により納めてください。
税額は加入者の人数や前年中の所得によって決まります。所得がなかったとしても、そのことを申告していないと、保険税の軽減を受けられない場合がありますので、必ず申告をお願いします。
